The bottom line is that when you visit a new home sales center, the on site home consultants only use one price list. So, you are probably wondering if new home builders only use one price list and the price of your new home does not change how can you possibly get an additional 1% cash back on your new home purchase in Charlotte, NC. The answer is simple.
