If they did, it would be extremely detrimental for appraisal values and for public relations since a lot of a new home builders business comes from the real estate industry, not to mention that buyers would feel cheated if pricing on a new home were based on whether or not they had an agent helping them on their new home purchase. The bottom line is that when you visit a new home sales center, the on site home consultants only use one price list. So, you are probably wondering if new home builders only use one price list and the price of your new home does not change how can you possibly get an additional 1% cash back on your new home purchase in Charlotte, NC. The answer is simple. By having a real estate agent that is licensed in North Carlolina help you with your new home purchase, then any commission or referal paid by the new home builder be paid to the real estate company where that real estate agent works.
