If you build it, they will come! Old rule that does not hold water today. I found out there are 5 homes for sale out of the handful shown, from 185K – around 350K. This is a Florida master planned community that has seen little building going on for the last 2 or 3 years. The roads are in, the trees are wiped away, the watershed pond is dug. There is a few homes but not much building going on. The only building I see is the $5M 2 story, Residence Club with Pool, tennis courts, and dog park as promised to the home owners.
