What is with all the FEAR ,Republicans warn of Deficits/ Spending,Experts say economy Is Improving All Fronts?

For starters the Tea party Movement claims to be protesting higher taxes, Only 3% of Tea Party members poled are aware that taxes have been lowered for 95% of working families. Financial experts / Wall Street Brokers say that all indicators point to a strong economic recovery in the next 2 years! ” The #s dont lie”. Even the housing market is expected to come back strong in 2011, some saying there will even be a housing shortage! Are the Republicans just using the Tea Party and Fox news to put out Scary prediction just to get Democrats voted out before things get better so they can take credit for the recovery like GW Bush did following Clinton?

My favorite line has to be “taxes weren’t lowered, they just weren’t raised (yet)”. Which goes completely against what the Tea Baggers have been saying, that Obama started raising taxes before he was even in office, and that the government has been rooting through their wallets for over a year now.

With new buildings coming up is it true that more and more high-rise buidlings is going to be a trend?

There is a realestate boom,where ever you go construction is going on.Is there a signal to indicate that the world will see more and more skyscrapers in future?And there will be no stopping the urbanisation process all over the world?

Yes more and more highrise buildings will be built. If you search the net you’ll find that there are maybe 30 buildings over 1000 feet around the world today but right now there are at least that many under construction and in 10 years there’ll be around 100. What’s happening is also contrary to what most poeple predicted after 9/11, everyone thought that nobody would build tall anymore because of fear but there are more towers being built now than ever before.

By the way, I sense a bit of negativity in your question. If anything, I say build more skyscrapers, bring life back to downtowns and stop building all those sprawl suburbs in the middle of nowhere because that’s the type of deveopment that eats up our land. If we build tall and dense then that means less precious land is used up and also it’s much easier to get around since you can walk everywhere.

I think eventually when the oil runs out we’ll start to see skyscrapers being built en-masse especially in american cities. When gas prices get high enough people will prefer to live in an apartment close to town and use public transport rather than live in a single-family house ages away and having to pay insane prices for using cars to go everywhere. So cities should get taller and denser in the future (but not for a while) and most of the outer suburbs will be abandoned and could likely become the new ghettos.

the villagers of the village of lip-gloss are so snooty, can u believe them! i mean the great owls rescue their favorite mini skirts and all they do is get some matching purses and move on with their lives! sand deserves citizenship too! also seals, and possibly the residents of the little known town of Oodabladahglallycocolingoland, but only if they agree to never, ever, ever sell realestate near the jello-front again. what do you think?

well have you tried to disgiuse the sand as lip gloss and then cover it in chocolate ( i like chocolate) it would make sense i mean honestly i had the same problem but then i bought this lip gloss costume then all better!!!

It use to be that you could call the gas and power company and get a "history of usage" on the exact place you were looking at moving into. This infomration would give you an idea of how much your average utilites would cost. Now, because of confidentiality, they don’t release that information anymore (a shame) in Illinois, but maybe they still do in your area.

If not, you should be able to call your potential landlord and get that information. Make sure to ask the landlord if they include any utilites in rent: such as water. Sometimes they do.
