I’am trying to veiw pictures of realestate for sale by all realestate offices on line with out being bothered by agents in northern california chico north

if you only want just pictures, I would suggest getting a webfetcher programmed, but you are looking for listings. Agents are all not bad as long as you find the right one and you are clear about your request not to be bothered. if you start looking and find a home you like, it would be a lot better for you and your success at getting a home if you were building a relationship to a realtor. I would suggest getting an e-pro realtor and making sure they have access to client gateway or virtual office software. I’m a realtor in san diego. I set people up on an automated service that will get them links for exactly the kind of property they want in a personalized website. I check in with them and make sure they’re clear on things and answer questions for them once in a while. Some of the people on my service are just like you and I have them on the service and I only talked to them 3 or 4 times in the last 8 months. that’s the way they like it, that’s the way I will do it. The other good thing is that you will be able to see the homes if you like them and not have to talk with the listing agent(the agent that is selling the property). dealing directly with them to see a house can be very annoying. they will deffinitly try and sell you.

i may be moving to a smaller house (perhaps renting and there may not be room for my drum set. so where can i put my drum set and all my other music stuff (guitars and amps, etc.) and still be able to use it and perhaps hold band rehearsals at?

Then all of the sudden after almost a year they hired INHOUSE UNLICENSE or COLORUM AGENTS even the present of RESA LAW and we are treated us as a 2nd CLASS CITIZEN, We are REAL ESTATE LICENSE BROKER-REALTORS and with the RESA LAW I think we dont deserve this treatment, Their colorum inhouse agents had touch our own clients unethically, we cant complain to them coz they prioritize their colorum agents and they will never listen to our complain. RESA LAW must be applied to all and they are not excemted!…One of their staff told us before that they will totally remove OR make REAL ESTATE LICENSE BROKER as a support only to their COLORUM INHOUSE AGENTS!….

They do disturb at all times and they are annoying too. First ask them who they are, their name, organisation, their reason for calling……..How they got your phone number.

Never reveal your details at any cost.

Next tell them that you are very busy and you dont like their promotional offer, and request them not to disturb you again.

Then note their number and give the name as spam call to the contacts. So next time they call you up, it appears as spam call in the caller id, you will know not to answer such calls and immediately terminate the ringing call.

I need to know if selling my home through militarybyowner all i have to pay is a lawyer to do my closing paper work for me or will i have to share my proceeds with the real estate agent that the buyer used?

If you do not wish to pay an agent you need to make it clear that you will only work with buyers who come in with no one to assist them, no agents invovled.

You are really gonig to limit your buyers, aside from most people wanting help it looks like you have something to hide, you are trying to scam a buyer.

I have several realestate properties and would like to know the advatages or disadvantages.

I would definately encourage you putting your real estate holdings into a trust fund. I believe a trust fund is the same as a corporation. Either way it protects your assets. If you get into a car accident they cannot sue you for your property. It is protected. Also I believe it is part of a will which is always great, ya never know when your number is called! Its better to be protected any way possible.
