Once showing dates and times are entered into the Feedback system the real estate agent has a permanent record of all the showings for each listing. The system then automatically requests feedback from showing agents a short time after each showing. Once feedback is submitted it is entered into a feedback log which can be seen by the listing agent as well as the seller.
