IT market is definitely going down no doubt about that. But, it will not completely be demolished.
In a few years from now it will get stabilized. In the sense it will become like all other sector companies.
- We will not have huge openings (like now we have 10000+ openings this year / Infosys is about to recruit 25000+ employees …. all those will go off air and the number of openings will be limited).
- Payscale will also be standardized.
In general terms I feel IT industry will become like all other industries in India and there will not be anything special to show.
