		<description>&lt;b&gt;what about the fact ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; what about the fact that you have to purchase a piece of property that is of equal value or higher to that of the one previously sold? that is a pretty big deterrent, especially if you are not the type of investor that wants to make larger purchases each time. i disagree with him when he says that as long as you dont have to give it up, then you&#039;re fine. factor the freakin capital gains tax into your deals people, come on.</description>

What&#039;s going to happen to the economy when he raises taxes on businesses who are already heavily burdened?  What&#039;s going to happen to those people who won&#039;t have jobs because the companies won&#039;t be able to pay them anymore?</description>
